We endeavor to ensure that the items you order arrive in perfect condition. We appreciate however that sometimes things do go wrong and if this is the fault of Katoli then we will resolve the problem and at our expense. If you are dissatisfied in any way then please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund for you.
If you wish to return an item, we need to receive it within twenty eight days of receipt in order to process a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in an unworn, saleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items.
With the exception of faulty and damaged goods we are not responsible for the return postage and advise that you obtain a certificate of postage in case the parcel fails to reach us. We will issue a credit note on behalf Katoli at our discretion, should a return be agreed outside of the twenty eight day time limit or the returned item be in a non re saleable condition.
If you wish to cancel your order and return it to us, you must let us know within eight working days of receiving your parcel. This can be done by email at email@example.com. You will then need to return the order to us, at your own expense if you have already received it. Once we receive the order back we will issue a full refund excluding the original delivery charge.
Please note that it can take up to 14 days to process a return.
